2025-2026 Massachusetts Major City Chiefs Preferred Partner Sponsorship Program
The Massachusetts Major City Chiefs Inc. (MMCC) represents those law enforcement executives who are officially classified as Police Chiefs, Police Commissioners or Police Superintendents of the largest municipal subdivisions of governemnt in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This prominent group of law enforcment executives also includes the Colonel of the Massachusetts State Police (also known as “the Superintendent”, and the Police Chief of the MBTA Transit Police Department. As duly sworn law enforcment executives, these influential leaders have committed themselves to the unwavering pursuit of achieving operational effectiveness and efficiency of their respective agencies along with providing leadership, direction and guidance to the overall strategic mission of enhancing public safety and security for all individuals within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Massachusetts Major City Chiefs was created over 25 years ago for the purpose of advancing public policy and creating professional best practices and standards as well as providing progressive executive leadership for police departments in the interest of safety and security for the citizens of the Commonwealth. The collective vision is to create a formidable, long lasting relationship with the highly valued state and federal law enforcement partners, to collaborate and work together in serving their respective communities with the utmost degree of professionalism and dedication on all important public safety issues.
The Massachusetts Major City Chiefs, Inc., is a duly registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the IRS. All funds and revenue that are received are used specifically to support the organization’s continued commitment to provide strong leadership and support for the foregoing purposes of the organization including; (ii) advocating for continuing education and development of member law enforcement leaders, (ii) acting as a liaison with other professional organizations (including Federal and State law enforcement partners on matters related to public safety), (iii) providing leadership, direction and guidance for innovative information sharing systems in order to establish national best practices and standards for progressive policing, and (iv) to carry out any and all other activities or advocate for any program that furthers fair, impartial and constitutional policing in the State of Massachusetts.
In order to achieve these desirable public safety and security goals, the Massachusetts Major City Police Chiefs Association has set up an Annual Preferred Partner Sponsorship Program to assist in this endeavor. The specified terms and conditions and resulting sponsorship benefits and respective sponsorship levels are outlined below for your convenience.
Your support will greatly enhance our organization’s ability to heighten the spirit of cooperation between law enforcement and the communities that the association serves. Please be assured that all contributions received are greatly appreciated by the entire membership and will be used to the aforementioned goals.

Monthly Meeting Sponsorships - $500 per meeting:
These proceeds go directly towards the meeting expense for running the monthly meetings. This can be a one-time meeting sponsorship or multiple meeting sponsorships (depending on availability). Your sponsorship will also be advertised in the MMCC President’s Monthly Bulletin as well, which goes out to the entire MMCC Membership via email.
MMCCs Annual Conference Support Sponsor - $1,000 per year
The MMCC Board will provide access for Support Sponsors at the annual training conference held in May and will provide an area for your organization to set up a display table where you will have an opportunity to interact with those members present at the conference for two (2) days.
