🎯 Excellence Initiative

  • Announced by Colonel Geoffrey Noble and introduced in a 3½-minute video published in late June 2025 

4 Core Goals:

  1. Organizational Health & Operational Excellence

    • Appointed new command staff, expanded wellness programs, launched performance metrics and a leadership institute.

  2. Accountability & Public Trust

    • Implemented a skills‑based promotion system and field‑supervisor pilot. Plans include internal audits and a new Quality Assurance Unit.

  3. Community Connection & Outreach

    • Created a civilian-led Community Affairs Office and initiated a six‑week Citizen’s Academy to improve transparency and engagement.

  4. Crime Prevention & Violence Reduction

    • Leveraging data-driven policing, enhanced threat response, and increased visibility to foster safer communities.
