Who We Are
The Massachusetts Major City Chiefs represent the senior-most law enforcement leaders of communities across the Commonwealth with populations of at least 40,000 or departments of 75 or more sworn officers. Our members include Police Chiefs, Commissioners, Superintendents, and public safety leaders from state and transit police agencies. United by a shared mission, we work together to improve public safety, advance policing strategies, and foster public trust.
